No weekend off this time around Monday: Have 1 glass of water before each meal (5 points) Tuesday: Have 1 piece of fruit with 2 meals today (5 points) Wednesday: Weigh IN! No WHITES DAY! You CAN have 1 serving of whole wheat pasta, brown rice, whole wheat bread, etc., but NO WHITES - no refined flour products! (5 points) Thursday; Have 6 servings of veggies today! (5 points) Friday: Get MOVING today! Get in 30 minutes of working out - dance, ride your bike in front of the tv and watch travel channel - walk your stairs in the house for 30 minutes, but MOVE! (5 pts) Saturday and Sunday: Complete the following to get full points: You must deep clean the bathroom by Sunday night (10 pts) You must drink 64 oz of water BOTH days (10 pts)[/color] Good luck and HAVE FUN!!!!!

Waaaaahhhhhh - Wednesday is Valentine's Day! Normally hubby brings home a nice meal so, I dont have to cook! Okay it will be nice and healthy! I can do this , right Sarah!!

Jana - I didn't even THINK about it being Valentine's day....oops! I'm the queen of pasta and rolls - the student restaurant is back open. So, I'm going to be hurting tomorrow (no bagel in the am either - AHHHH!!!!) But yep, we CAN do this or at least try darn it LOL!

Ok, so I BLEW yesterday's challenge - I had a bagel for breakfast (white flour), taquitos for lunch (white corn flour) and a sandwich on pita bead (WHITe pita bread) for dinner. Yep, nothing like blowing it 100%! I did, though, get on my bike and ride on hard resistance and high intensity for 30 minutes. THAT was good!
Today's veggies - no problemo! Our student restaurant is open, so I'm having a greek salad, dressing on the side. The salad is LOADED! And I'm having veggie soup. For dinner? I'm going to roast some garlic and broccoli for sure, have a big fat salad and maybe a pita sandwich with lots of veggies. I LOVE veggies. I just can't wait for my organic farm shares to start again! WHOO HOO!
I'm actually going to get a head start and deep clean the bathroom when I get home too - it won't take long - some good scrubbing! This is the only time I like having a small bathroom!

Ugh, what a week. I was just shy of meeting yesterday's challenge of the veggies - close, but no cigar! I've GAINED weight (LOL), but Aunt Flo has arrived in town, so maybe that will help a little. It's just a blah day, but I'm heading out to get some healthy eating for tonight. I was going to ride my bike right now, but I'm going to go the stores first and then hit it when I get back. Episode 2 of Melrose Place - here I come!

well.... I didnt get any of it... well part of it... no whites here at all this week... been sick all week so pretty much ate two pieces of wheat toast, a scrambled egg and some mashed potatoes... that was what I ate in like four days... but hey I lost weight!!! lol i think probably about 10 pounds this week...

well.... Jeanne - I'm soo sorry to hear you were sick. I hope you are starting to feel better!!!! Em - you can do it - get off my bench and get moving LOL! Liz - you rocked this week and yes, the kitchen will MOST definitely count for the bathroom. It was, I'm sure, MUCH HARDER than the bathroom! I, myself, blew some days this week bigtime. The ones I DID meet were: Water, Fruits, Exercise, Water. I can't believe - I never finished the bathroom - almost, but almost doesn't count! GRRRR
