This week's fun includes:
Monday: Find 3 motivational quotes and post them somewhere you will see them EVERY morning.
Tuesday: Drink 1 glass of water before each meal.
Wednesday: WEIGH IN DAY. Complete a 30 min. or more workout today.
Thursday: Go through your pantry or a cupboard today. Choose 2 shelves in the pantry OR 1 cupboard and clean it out. Be honesst with yourself and get rid of any foods you DON'T or WON'T eat. Donate them (or if they're expired, pitch them).
Friday: Incidental Execise Day. Get 15 minutes of moving in by parking further, taking stairs, walking across the shopping mall for that one thing, etc.
Saturday: Get cooking - try a healthy recipe today. Post it for us for full points.
Sunday: Enjoy a healthy breakfast today. Start the day off right by enjoying the breakfast while eating slowly, reading the newspaper, magazine, or a book. SLOW DOWN!

Oh man I am sooo busted!!! I cruised through this thread yesterday thinking I had two more days til Monday!!! That's what a holiday, no school and being able to work from home in your PJ's will do to your brain...it becomes a gelatinous mass that is useless At least I am on track for today cuz the water thing I do all the time.. ****SIGH***
gotta get a life LOL

I missed the boat too! LOL I forgot to find mine and post them - DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh well, i'm going to do it NOW (not for points, but for need) and I'm jamming on the water today (whew)

well this week is just not going down in the log book as a success

Does throwing out the recalled Peanut butter after discovering my mother ate almost all of it count??? NO LIE, she even said aftewards "I wondered why I had been having some bouts of Montezuma's revenge"... Famous Last Words otherwise my pantry looks just as it was -- I have nothing I can throw out cuz the three walking sink holes called boys keep it bare LOL
