What is it? This is a series of Weekly and Weekend Challenges that will motivate us to not only take care of ourselves and adopt a healthy lifestyle again, but they'll make us learn to appreciate ourselves more and get in some ME time.
There will be weekly challenges for the individual. There will be weekend challenges for the indvidual. We can add on buddy challenges at a later date.
These challenges are worth points. At the end of the month, the person with the most points will get a little something special. If there is a tie, names will be drawn from a hat to break the tie.
The challenges themselves will sometimes be fun, sometimes hard, sometimes a pain, and sometimes a life change. They could fit with any diet plan, any goal...some will be diet related, some exercise related, some home related and some just for YOU!
YOU DON'T HAVE TO NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT TO JOIN! This is about living a healthy lifestyle...IF YOU ARE AT YOUR TARGET WEIGHT - YOU'D BE WELCOME TOO!!
