will have to take a look --- I'm starting to feel motivated to lose, I just dont' know what happened to me. when the 30 yr old light bulb switch was flipped I was still going strong then the 35 yr old one tripped and things got rough, when the 40 yr old was was flipped it basically shut down my system -- with the big giant red 45 yr old emergency switch poised to move any day now I'm sitting here wondering where I disappeared too LOL. I'm thinking if can't stop them turning on then gotta figure out how to open the escape value .... LOL LOL

Thomas's light multi-grain english muffin. That's pretty much what I have for my bread with the burger and chicken. I ate my dried up little burger tonight!

That meal is really good with 1/2 cup of veggie crumbles sauteed with a little diced onion and some crushed tomatoes and a wedge of Laughing Cow light garlic & herb cheese!

Oh my gosh! I never thought of that! LOL I love your idea of the weight loss journal and scrapbook! I am up for your challange. My husband is navy and just deployed for awhile. they are not even giving us a return date. But my friend and I are doing PRISM you can google prism weight loss to get the info on it. Back to the point. The last cruise that he did I lost 30 lbs. have kept it off, but started working out with a trainer. had to quit that because I got drunk off 2 bottles of Jose, then the heat hit 100+ for a couple months and I got super dehydrated so my 2 hour work outs came to an end....but back to the point! He left we started watching what we eat and this first week we both lost 7 lbs. My over all goal is around 35 to 50 lbs. so that would be another 43 to go! I'm not sure with the muscle I've built if I can actually hit the pounds goal I would like, but a size goal is in the picture. Anyway let me say the greatest thing you can do for your selves is weight training! Not only do you get to enjoy some eye candy at the gym....but if you've had a couple babies you know what I mean, bench press IS your friend! it will bring those girls back to where they belong!
