You know, I have a similar weight loss goal to Emily. I would LOVE to lose 50lbs. Now, if I did that I'd be skinny as hell - however losing even half of that would make me happy. So, I figured instead of going for the whole nuggetinshebang I would just do 10 at a time. Would anyone be interested in losing weight, just 10 pounds at a time? We could earn stars, points, icons or whatever to put in our siggy for each 10 pounds. I want to set a realistic goal. So, once I lose 10 I will start on another 10! Anyone want to do 10 after 10 with me? Might be a wonderful scrap journey too!

I like it. Ruby and I buddied up to work together on this. Check out the new Challenge and Support area. I did something really cool when I was getting healthy for my wedding. I posted about it over there and if something that will help us all, I'lll post the challenges every week :-)
I do, though, need a 10 after 10 after 10 after 10 after 10 after 10 after 10......

Yes, we could! We could make a chart or some crap and buddy up! I know that Ruby and Sarah have buddied up, but the challenges they are doing are like WAY complex. I'm too lazy to do all of that. Watch...they'll do better than us! We should all divide up into buddies and between the two of us we should check in once a week. Then, the person who looses the least amount of weight should have to RAK the person who lost the most that week! How cool would that be? Like a swap that would motivate us! HAHA, yeah right - "Hey guys! I lost 36 pounds this week!"...haha Nice to see you Kady! Have you done the prism diet lately? girl you know I'm always with ya! so I have to start today?

Lol, there is nothing complex about them - trust me - they are easy - things you do already (or maybe my DH does them, but now I have to). Did you look at the challenge for the weekend?

yes started back on prism, on week 3 right now. I've dropped 9 lbs in 2 weeks,the first week I was down 7 then just 2 lbs this week.
