I was curious to know the answer to this. Also, what kind of camera do you have and are you happy with it?
I'll go first. I hate my camera! It is a panasonic cheapy and was less than $100 on sale. bla!

Mine is a Kodak something or the other! I can't remember the model. It has a 10x zoom and manual shutter and aperature settings (which is the reason I chose this one). Love the automatic setting, but when I am setting up pictures I have the option of changing my settings. For the price (about $250) I am happy with it. My next step would be an digital SLR, but I can't afford that so I'll just keep dreaming.

I have one manual that I love but rarely use due to time, a cheapy instamatic that on occasion will take phenomenal snaps and my Kodak Easy Share CW330 digi that came with the printer dock -- it works for me although some day when I grow up I'm going to have a NICE SLR and a 12x12 printer LOL -- oh the kodak two piece was $198 at Walmart.

I have a simple Sony Cybershot but I love it. It is small and works really well. I also have a Sony PictureStation to print my pictures. The quality is amazing on the pics when I print them. It doesn't use a regular ink cartridge and I can hook it up to my TV and do different LOs with it, although, the biggest it prints is 4x6.

We bought our camera back in 2002. Digital cameras were just new around here then. We paid like $500-600 for a Toshiba 3.1 MP. (something you can get now-a-days for like 100 or less.) I have been wanting a new camera lately but not sure if I should wait til they get even cheaper. They are constantly getting better, so the longer I wait the better I will get

I hear ya Amanda...seems like I'm always wanting to go and throw down top dollar for a new camera but I'm afraid that it'll be totally obsolete in another year. Yuck!
Well...not so much obsolete but that there will be much better technology and prices will have again dropped. Maybe when they are 99cents I'll jump on them? hehe

I have 2 digital cameras. My first one I bought about 6 years ago is... oh hell I can't even remember what it is now (a friend of mine borrowed it and I haven't gotten it back yet) lol, it was almost $300 then, on sale.
My camera now is an Olympus Evolt E500 DSLR and I just love it. Comes with interchangeable lenses. It cost just a little over $1000. For me it was well worth the money, as I do photography on the side.
