I want to know what everyone is doing for your Christmas Cards! I am kinda "scrap blocked" as April would say. I made several different designs last year, but this year, I want to do them all the same..... Anyone wanna share pics if you have yours done? Mine probably won't be done until we get into December.....

I haven't quite decided what to do. I did see some cool punches in Cherished Memories (or Momemts) catalog with I got in the mail yesterday. They were pop put christmas punches -- has anyone seen or used those before?

I go out every year after Christmas and buy cards that are 75 or 90% off. I have enough to do around the holidays and making 50 handmade cards is NOT my idea of fun! Sorry guys, you're getting the carlton cards cheapo special...last year's cards at discount prices! Hugs, April I want to know what everyone is doing for your Christmas Cards! I haven't even thought about cards this year (even thought I just finished that little swap)...I'm usually a buy a box girl too! There are some cute ones out there, esp. at 50-75% off (yes to Carlton brand!!) I'm more of a funky, Christmasy type card gal, versus the "he is the reason for the season" type gal.
I liked the one I got from you Em in Lizzy's swap. It was cute!

Thanks! I wasn't so happy with mine for Lizzy's swap, but then again, I wasn't happy with a lot of them that I got back..... which one did you do Sarah? I'm sure yours was the one I really liked.... it looks like your style, but no one really put names on them or anything...
As for this year, I've had some ideas rolling, I just got the new paper crafts mag in the mail yesterday, everyone, GO BUY IT!!! Especially if you're doing tags this year!!! It has a whole section on tags!! VERY CUTE!!! I just borrowed my moms sewing machine so I think I'm gonna try to sew something this year! lol
I do like to buy cards too, but I also like to make them. I'm also like you Sarah, I'm more christmasy than spiritual.... my grandma would disagree.... one year I sent out cards with a martini glass with a pepermint in it as the stir stick... they were cute, but I don't think my family liked them..... heck! it was the year I turned 21! lol

OOOH, need the new papercrafts mag....NOW! I love that one! If there wasn't lots of traffic right now....maybe I'll head out in a bit or first thing in the am!
I did a bunch of different ones - mine had bright colored papers - most of them were half solid, half either striped or polka-dotted with glittery snowmen or santa embellishments.

I bought a box of blank cards and envelopes so I can do my own cards this year. I haven't done it before and I'm cheating a bit because I bought the blank cards premade but it'll save me time. I also bought the Cricut Christmas Cheer cartridge and it has some of the cutest die cuts on it so I'm going to use it to do my cards. It has a cute "Merry Christmas" that I'll probably use but I'm not going to work on them until after I get April's Christmas tag swap and Lisa's ATC Swap completed. Then, I'm all caught up with swaps and I'll get to my cards then.

Those are great Ruby!!
I said I was going to make my cards this year but I have been working 80 hours a week so it hasn't left much time for scrapping! I think everyone is going to get the leftovers from last year!
