Hey I just thought I'd let you all know that I just ordered a custom stamp from this lady on ebay and she is super sweet! She can do your stamp and have it in the mail the day that you order it!!! She has self inking and rubber stamps which are super cool if you swap a lot or make a lot of handmade gifts! That's enough enabling for today for me! Here is the link to her auctions: search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZcreatnstampsQQhtZ-1

you're welcome! She says she can customize and make anything! I'm sure if there is something special that you want, she can help you work out a proof. I'll let you know how I like it once I get mine, it should be here in a few days, she shipped it and made it the same day I ordered it!

I bought a kit at Joann's where you make your own at home. I haven't done it yet, but I definitely want to make one for the backs of cards that says "hand stamped by" me with a little pic or something.

I cant get into the ebay link for some reason, but.. .what are her prices like?
Has anyone ever tried making their own stamps, by the way?
I bought a kit online a year or so ago, and it has this gelly-like stuff. You have to print a negative of your design on a transparency, then clip 2 plates of glass together with the gelly pack in the middle. Then you expose both sides with a blacklight.
Its a bit hit and miss, but the result is a clear stamp in a design you make yourself. It was a lot of work, but definitely fun!

There is a Made by me stamp set in the current CTMH catalog - one specifically has a block around it where you can sign your name!
You can have custom stamps made by CTMH. It says address stamp but you can put almost anything on it that you want - up to 4 lines! So, if you wanted Handmade by Jana - you can order that! Just thought I would share since Em has online ordering capabilities!

I have that set and use them all the time! I also - not meaning to get into a lot of business here but - I make cards, tags and other paper crafts to give as gifts to hostesses or customers with my phone number - it becomes a business card because people will call and say - I got your number off of a card - Do you make these? Then tada new customer!
